Bobby Orr - President
Bobby Orr’s roots in the acquisition and development of real estate properties in the Greater Houston area can be traced to his prior service as Vice President in separate engagements with two of the region’s most prestigious firms. Following those successful associations with Wulfe & Company and Moody-Ramblin Interests, respectively, this University of Texas grad founded Orr Realty Corporation to provide brokerage, leasing, and development services for his Houston area clients as well as himself.
Since its founding in 1999, Orr Commercial has developed and/or owns and manages over 1,000,000 SF of retail space with an aggregate value of $500 million.
