Bobby Rauch joined Orr Realty at its inception in 1999. Mr. Rauch brings over 30 years of real estate experience including the development and leasing of retail, medical, industrial, residential, and financial properties. Bobby is a partner with Bobby Orr in many retail, industrial and medical properties. He is responsible for the acquisition, development, leasing, and financing of these assets.

Most recently, Bobby has become project manager as well as owner of Cotton Wood; a 1,500 acre Master Planned Community in Chambers County and the City of Mont Belvieu. This project and community have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years.

Prior to joining Orr Realty, Bobby's experience also included working with Beeson Properties, Rauch Properties, Tour 18, and the Kmart Corporation in the leasing and selling of their surplus properties.

Mr. Rauch has served on the Board of Directors of Charter Title Company, Interstate Bank, and Itapco Terminal Company. Bobby is a third generation Houstonian and a graduate of the University of Arizona.
