Wayne Bridgeford joined Orr Commercial in March, 2007, as Vice President, Brokerage Division. Wayne began his real estate career in 1988 with his own firm specializing in restaurant and retail tenant representation. After owning his own real estate brokerage firm for 10 years, Mr. Bridgeford joined Grubb and Ellis and for the last seven years has represented over 40 national and local tenants. In addition, he was the National Director of the Restaurant Specialty Group within Grubb and Ellis.

Wayne is a member of ICSC, founder and Director of Houston Area Restaurant Vendor Group which consists of service providers to the restaurant industry.
